Everything I wanted
Let me start by saying, this phone had everything I wanted. The most important of which was expandable memory. It’s a shame so many companies & manufacturers are designing phones with no way to add extra memory or any way to move certain apps to SD card. I also love the size, screen and ease at which I can go from app to app. There are a few small gripes I have: Activating the phone took a lot of time in a chat with an AT&T rep. I’m talking close to 4 hours! Secondly, once the phone was activated, the battery drained in less than an hour. Fortunately, I was able to adjust & optimize the phone and most of the apps I needed. Now I can get 2 full days of use from a full charge. Lastly, like most phones and providers, bloatware is an annoyance. Too many pre-loaded apps. A lot of them I was ... There’s always gonna be a few things to nitpick with any product, but this is exactly what I wanted and was looking for in a new device.

This Note 20 Ultra air actions did not work. S-Pen failed to connect when the s-pen was out. I had tried to connect with two other S-Pensas well. Not all features are working.
