Stated that it didn’t have a leash. All wireless units are leash free. Upon receiving it the leash was actually the collar, which was not in the description. Because even in the title it was written that the product did not have a collar. It was clearly stated that the part was missing. There was no rude behavior in the communication. As a store, our sales for years and the comments we receive are obvious.
