Many thanks received the Laptop Packard Bell Laptop today the 20th October,2023. On the description ready to say the only thing missing is the Operating system, of which I believe I can install the OS. Apperately as I put on the PC on power turned it on, but a Dim dark display was blinking. What can be the way forward?
