The item arrived as described and although I have not used it yet, looks great. However, the seller then sent another, and another so now I have three. I contacted the seller and although the error was theirs they wanted me to pay the return costs and then they would refund me the costs. I refused and even though I have contacted them again to arrange return of the extra items I have had no response. I have contacted eBay and have left the issue with them.

The negative: the pump arrived without a filter as advertised. The Positive: after contacting the seller, they very graciously apologised and offered a substantial refund for me to purchase a filter locally from a pump supplier. Can't ask for more than that!
