Great quality product even though its not what i initially ordered. Closed toe compression stocking were not available, even though the ad was still displayed. Replaced with open toe compression stockings as advised. Shipping became the next issue, paid for Express shipping but parcel was sent standard. Was offered free express post for next purchase, not likely to happen.

I ended up upgrading to the 500w unit after some back and forth with the seller regarding what I was using it for ( de-soldering via 100v version of the Hakko fr-301 ), so what you see here is not what I got. Great build quality at a good price, nice to have 100/120v in a single unit. Great communication and faster than expected shipping time considering the busy holiday period.

When I placed my order I was told the product was in stock and given a firm delivery by date. That date has surpassed so I contacted the vendor and was told to allow up to 10 days for product to come in, be despatched and delivered. Not Happy!
