MXQ Pro Box received in good time but remote did not work and we asked for a replacement. We were then asked to provide photos of faulty item which didn't make much sense as it was the remote which they surely were familiar with, but we sent the photos anyway. They then offered to credit 30% of the purchase price and we could keep the product as their compensation however the XBox still was unusable without a working remote. We did not receive the promised credit. Don't buy from this seller.

misleading listing, with image not matching product description. ordered off the image as i figured it would be more reliable, but as per the description arrived which meant I had no use for the product. contact the seller for a return and figured that given this wasnt a change of mind but their error, that they would accept return AND pay for postage. wouldnt pay for postage which would be i return for the price of the product anyway which made no sense. ebay stepped in and refunded
