Do NOT buy items from this seller. Ordered delivered not as pictured. Discs on this one is way different than the one pictured on site. Ordered 2 one was as pictured. Tried to resolve stating to seller that no where on the website does it claim that different colored mats have different discs. Was wanting an exchange and not to have to pay for return shipping on misleading item! No go. The pictured one on website has pronounced discs offering other colors as order options. Other mats inferior!

The response is not correct at all.You ordered two different mattresses without looking that they are different and after you received them exactly as they are described in the store you realized you made a human error and did not notice that the mattresses were different.I offered you a full refund according to my policy that you would pay for shipping and you refused.After that I offered you a 15% refund and to keep the mattresses, but you also refused that only because you wanted revenge.
