Legally it's my right to return for full refund. Still replying in German. I reply in German calling them out. 35% refund offered. I push for a return address. I get a partial English answer, Street name & suburb. 60% refund offered. Try to get me to cancel dispute. Call them out again. Settle on 80% refund.
