Item advertised as open box. Super fast shipping but when it got here I opened it to find only one earbud in the charger. I reached out to seller and they issued a refund no questions asked and told me to just keep the one earbud. I have no use for it so I didn't keep it but it was cool not to have to mess with return shipping. So they more than made up for the mistake. I'd do business with them again if opportunity arises.
