Purchased a wooden puzzle sign. It had arrived with random names on it. I had mentioned in the item description the names I would like and where I want them. I had a reply saying I can't customize the item. At no point I was told I can't choose names, I just took it as location of the names. I was offered 10% purchase price refund not a full refund. The item even came with a spelling mistake too. Elizabeth spelt "ehzabeth".
