Despite being well wrapped in a strong box and bubble wrap, the mug arrived with the handle broken. I took pictures of it and sent them to the seller who responded immediately with an apology and an offer to refund my money. My credit card had just been compromised (not by ebay) so the seller was willing to refund the amount deducted from my credit card by sending me cash by priority mail, which included two dollars more than the original cost! I highly recommend this professional seller! Wow!
