THIS IS A SCAM -They advertise their products as new, they will ship an used item and then offer you a dismal discount. The vacuum I received it was used and had animal hair in it, it was scratched, the box was a return and all taped out. This is not the way to do business, by scamming people. I paid $70, they offered a 10% discount, for a total of $63, still $10 more than the ones sold as "refurbished" for $53. They will try to unload their returns on you. BUYER BEWARE
