received starter as described and as promised; starter was defective on arrival and after contacting seller they shipped a replacement (which was not received after almost 2 weeks) then seller wanted to negotiate a settlement amount and I keep the defective starter (seller even suggested I give the starter as a gift); after several days of me telling seller a complete refund was all that would be acceptable and I would gladly return the defective starter, seller finally issued a refund;
