I ordered these bulbs (and one another thing). When I got them, the bulb box seemed like it had been opened and re-taped. The bulbs inside all looked new. I let him know that I was not planning to test all the bulbs right away and if they were not new, I'd have to. He offered me a full return/refund per policy. Above that, he offered me 50% discount if I kept the bulbs. I tried one and it worked.

LED Lights are great. Installing them was a little bit harder than expected. I noticed that there are no universal holes so I ended up drilling 2 holes to fit them into the normal USA light socket, Instead of drilling 3 holes into the roof... Extremely Bright so I am very pleased with this product. Overall the app was easy to work with. Alexa works great with the lights. Will do more business in the future. Thanks!
