The bag had the most awful smell ever. I contacted them about it, and they immediately got defensive because they kept saying that it probably happened during transit, and that wasn’t true. After she called me a scammer three times,I went into the pockets of the bag, and a dirty napkin caused the smell. The bag is in perfect condition, and I love it so much, but the smell is all over the bag since they left the napkin in there, and it costs basically $300. The seller is unprofessional and rude.
