The carburetor is new and came well packaged. However, even though my vehicle description was accurate, it didn’t fit my vehicle. The positive rating is because the seller chose to refund my money and asked me not to send back the unit. I don’t have a use for it, and will still need to find the right one. But zero-cost out of pocket.
