    Hi it's james sorry we dont understand the cur straight part. The decal is cut in the shape of a flag like the picture . It's your responsibility to apply the decal straight. Or at a angle if that's how you want it you can't cut it to make it straight i think your talking about the transfer tape your supposed to peel that off leaving the decal behind.
