The pump needs the solar panel to be in full sun to function (the sun going behind a cloud will stop it until the sun comes out again so, if this is an issue, you might need to consider an extra panel or one with a battery backup). Seller is an excellent communicator and very helpful and follows up quickly. The product is good value for the price charged. Have purchased from this seller before and would recommend!

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
