Seller sent wrong item, has very slow response time, said they were on vacation in Alaska and did not reply to messages for several days at a time. Ultimately learned Seller does not possess the correct item that was listed, and Buyer is now required to deal with a return, which of course entails getting a label they cannot print, and spending time driving to the post office to simply break even. That is not breaking even in my book, as in the end Buyer still doesnt have what they ordered.
