Came in a timely manner from China to USA. Item as described with no hardware or instructions to install the item. Pretty simple install if you have extra hardware laying around; line up the holes and fasten. I had to bend the grill the opposite direction to have it lay flat against the radiator. The extra layer it provides looks like it may protect the radiator from larger rocks. I have not noticed a difference in heat generation and cooling.
