Great communication with seller and the item shipped fast. But both mugs arrived broken. I think the mugs were not packed well enough to be fully protected, but the damage could also have been caused by poor handling by the Post Office. Either way, the seller was very responsive and promptly processed the refund, so I'm happy to buy from this seller again.
