Additional information
Personnel: David Byron (vocals); Ken Hensley (vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, organ); Mick Box (acoustic guitar, guitar); Paul Newton (bass); Ian Clark (drums). Recorded at Lansdowne Studios, London, England in July, 1971. Includes original release liner notes by Ken Hensley. One year after their self-titled debut appeared in 1970 (entitled VERY 'EAVY VERY 'UMBLE in) England, Uriah Heep struck again with their sophomore effort, LOOK AT YOURSELF. While their debut was a solid slice of blues-based heavy metal, LOOK AT YOURSELF expanded the band's sound, bridging the straight-ahead approach of their early work with the more challenging and progressive work of their next release, SALISBURY. Highlights include such mega heavies as the album opening title track and the Deep Purple-esque "Love Machine," as well as the surprisingly jazz-inflected "What Should Be Done." Due to it's consistency, many a longtime Heep fan considers LOOK AT YOURSELF to be the band's finest hour.

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. My item has now arrived and the dvd was in excellent condition (brand new as described) and it was very well packaged. I would also like to say that the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this seller, thank you so much! The issue with the wrong dvd was quickly rectified .

Book arrived safely packaged in perfect order. Item as described, new. Thank you Rarewaves Outlet. Fascinating book, great addition to my collection. Great price. Would recommended this seller. No communication needed with seller, so don't know what to rate with regards to communication (please dont take lack of feedback on this matter as a negative). Thanks again.

This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described. It arrived late, due to Royal Mail's Festive rush, but was dispatched by the seller really quickly. When I contacted them to ask where it was, they replied really quickly with a helpful solution. Such good customer service, so strongly recommend. Really happy with my purchase.

It was the golden age of rock'n'roll in the 70-s years of 20-th century. At that time there were several albums which could be considered emblematic. Maybe the most precise selection could be limited to 10 albums. On my opinion "Look At Yourself" is one of them. And Uriah Heep is one of the groups, issued not only one successful albums in that decade. I can add two more: "Demons And Wizards" and "Sweet Freedom". For sure my rating includes a lot of personal elements like nostalgy, feelings, memories etc. But, you may try to stay awake whole night on June 30-th against July 1-st on the terrace and with the first sun beams put this album on the turntable and play "July Morning". And if you feel the magic of this moment, you already become one of us. Your age doesn't matter!
