The quality of the guitar is just satisfactory. The strap holder got out from the neck's wood in the very first day. Now I got a hole there and cannot screw it back. The action of guitar is so high. My worst cheap acoustic guitar had a lower action than this one from Donner. So, at the end of the day it is just a cheap Chinease guitar, which I believe costs in China less than half of the price on EBAY. However I won't require any refunds as it takes time and money to ship it back...

This is my second HUSH-1 guitar, and I love it! I love this darker color theme, and the build quality is great. The guitar is easy to take while traveling, so I can practice more because it fits almost anywhere and doesn't take up nearly as much room as my regular-sized guitar. It's easy to tune using your fingers to turn the knurled nobs or the included Allen wrench, which is much more accurate. I can practice anytime without disturbing anyone with the headphones or earbuds (included) on. Without the earbuds, the guitar's sound can be adjusted to any level you want, while without the earbuds, the sound is relatively low, so it doesn't carry far. Overall, it's a great purchase.
