These do not work for more than 15 seconds at a time in the USA even with the adapter they send it with. I ordered from another seller as well so now I have 2 that do not receive a full charge. I had a usa 🇺🇸 model of this shaver it lasted 14 years. The ones designed for overseas electric outlets just won't work here something about the voltage it charges all night runs for 15 seconds and stops. I've had this happen with two. They are panasonic and cut amazing and I mean amazing but...

Dear Customer,I am truly at a loss as to why this is happening. You were advised to charge and test the product before sending it, and upon doing so, you reported no issues. You were asked to provide a video to prove there was a problem with the product. However, you have not sent any video. Had you sent a video and substantiated there was an issue, I would have facilitated a refund in some way. Unfortunately, too much time has passed since your purchase. I apologize for being unable to offer.

    If you are in USA find original style charger or Do Not Buy

    This is the best electric razor ever made. My last one lasted 10 years. Warning to USA customers ....the charging adapter they send when you order will not work in USA just doesn't adapt with voltage. I purchased others they do not work either. So, unless you can find an original Panasonic charger for USAdo not buy this. I learned the hard way. Bought 2 razors 1 from Korea and 1 from India both I would charge over night. The razor would work for 15 seconds. I didn't give up and luckily found an original USA Panasonic charger. Problem resolved. Was something about the charger it came with wasn't receiving enough volts, amps whatever it was. As far as a shaver there is no better electric razor shaver. Love the single blade design and the pop up trimmer pops up really high so you can use it ...
