Yo realize la compra el día 02/02/2024 y el lunes 05/02/2024 se me proporcionó el número de guía y el dia 22/02/2024 aparece “Pedido cancelado a petición del comprador” y yo jamás pedí que se cancelara el pedido, poca seriedad de parte del vendedor. Se me hizo el reembolso pero yo quería el artículo que había comprado ya que era un regalo para mi nieta y no me parece que lo hayan cancelado y sobretodo que digan que yo lo cancele.
