    The items arrived as advertised and were packed safely, but the seller had the "make offer" option on their listing but wouldn't take less than their full asking price! Frustrating and a waste of time trying to negotiate on price when they set that option but then decline all offers, why conduct business that way?

    Item was marked as new, but clearly was not. Did not come in a box, as a new product would. Came with wire unattached. Horn did not work, even after the wire was reattached. When I contacted the seller regarding the issue, his only response was "it was a new item" Also, the seller has an option "best offer" but will not accept anything less than asking price. He should remove that setting. I feel ripped off. Paid 40.00 for an "ornament"
