Online suggestions are just that: suggestions. Not solutions. I don't no what the phuq I'm talking about so now I have to spend a day learning how to solve a problem that I'll not never have to deal with again and hopefully not phuq up the drive in the process. I hope you all rot in hel

I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.
