    I purchase a lot of dried crystallized ginger and the ginger I received doesn’t even taste like real ginger, it looks and tastes like sugar gumdrops. There is no ginger texture, flavor and it’s not spicy like a real crystallized ginger. I’m so disappointed.

    Ginger in the office

    What started out a a simple office gift has become an office entitlement. I bought 11 lbs and now need to repurchase, on threat of slowdown, if ginger for snacks is not available. Great product, chewy, strong ginger, only one or two pieces usually eaten. Staff says it cuts down craving for more snacking, and...there is an increase in work output, and satisfaction during the day. Rivals chocolate.

    SOFT CHEWY CHUNKS while simmered in simple syrup are LESS tough and sugary, fuller flavored than thin oversugared slices. These are PERFECT..with mild gingery heat, soft, just a bit fibrous like all ginger root is, and DELICIOUS. great for a nibble with tea after a meal. Great for digestion, health, energy.. and JUST THE RIGHT TETURE. this maker's ginger chunks are the best ginger in Ebay! NOTHING COMPARES!
