I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I asked them to send the correct power supplies, but they sent two more DP to VGA adapters. Luckily I didn't wait and ordered some tip adapters from Amazon. Fast USPS shipping. Quality, condiditon, value and appearlance all good. Systems run great. Poor communication.
