Very disappointing transaction but a full refund was given after the item didn t arrive. Quit clearly the item was not in stock in Sydney as stated in the ad. The excuse that the item was scratched in transit is nonsense and when I left a neutral feedback rating because the transaction was cancelled they nagged via email me to change it to a positive rating - which I have now done - but my growing dissatisfaction with eBay means I use the site less and less.
