The wrong item was sent. they refuse to send return labels. I paid out of pocket to send the item back. They said they would pay me back. The item was more for trucks not cars. After I paid to send back . They now say I can keep the ones that do me no good. and they will send me another set. I have never heard of such poor service. AND the package looked like it had been ran over. when it arrived. MY car is a Honda 2016 CRV the items sent are way to big.
