It was packaged securely and all the buttons work in the controller. There is a vibration issue where it wont stop vibrating, but I think that is a thing I can fix.

When using it something felt off. Got another controller to compare. Left sticks felt different. Took it apart to take a look. The left stick box and the stick itself was replaced which is good on them for going the extra mile to get it in working condition. Problem is the stick was VERY sticky/clunky, making it impossible to do anything that required fine control. Bought an OEM controller because I wanted the authentic feel so I am disappointed. Bought more and I'm hoping it's a one time thing.
