BUYER BEWARE.. Camera I received came in pretty bad condition which was expected considering the product photos, but what did it for me was how a flap of the camera is cracked in half and practically popping out. Looking back at the product photos now it’s clear that the seller was purposely hiding the fact that the camera flap was cracked in half because they took a picture of everything but that part. Waste of $43 dollars.

Box and Item was damaged during USPS transit. Went from Oregon to Washington, back to Oregon before being delivered back in Washington 13 days later. Kept in contact with the seller Mike who had great communication with me. I believe the box busted open during shipping and many of the attachments that should have been included went missing and the unit itself was damaged. Mike has been great and immediately refunded me based on this special situation. Provided lots of photos. Great seller!

I did contact the seller, who's been marvelous to deal with from the get-go. I had not asked the right questions, so it was my fault when it arrived (promptly, perfectly packaged!) with the same flaw as my old projector: carousel doesn't advance, manually-inserted slides don't project. Evidently a plastic part in these vintage Kodak projectors degrades over time. Seller replied graciously and generously; I'd buy from them again! Positive experience despite flawed product (at great price BTW).

    esy hookup & remote pairing

PROS: - easy hookup and remote pairing; replace my Cable remote; Automatic paired Power and Volume to TV without use the cable remote to control the On/off and Volume switch. Cons: - does not play all the videos format when video file is save to USB Ext device to play back suck ad "VIDEO_TS" and AVI"have to convert file over to MP4 or MKV. It would be a "EXCELLENTt" unit if it play all the Format. So I rate it a "GOOD" unit

  • Very capable Media Centre - excellent value for the money.

I bought the Samsung BD-F5700 to use primarily as a media centre replacing a HTPC running XBMC. I have never used it to play a BluRay disk and only only occasionally use for DVDs, but do use it extensively for streaming media, especially my own library of videos over DLNA. As a media centre this box is great. It is small, silent, boots up very quickly and plays almost every format I have thrown at it including .avi, .mp4 and .mkv containers with a whole array of coded content. The one slight drawback I have encountered is that it doesn't seem to be able to pick up a subtitle file (.srt) to add subtitles to the selected video.

  • Compact, easy to use and good for usb or wi-fi video

My sole criticism is that it doesn't have Amazon video, but that is negligible because this is a great player. Small, mostly very quiet, good remote, great picture and sound, and the console's top-mounted touch-sensitive control pad is very convenient though hard to see without direct light. Streaming and usb video work great and wide array of compatible files.

  • Good for the job....

No nonsense Blu-ray player. No frills or extras here. It does what it is supposed to do. Extremely light in weight. Reduced Remote use with this unit. (could be based on placement). Satisfied!!!!
