This product is amazing! It is all I expected out of a used DSI! The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords anniversary edition was loaded as promised! It was amazing how great quality the DSI was in! The only thing that stood out was the smell. It smells a little minty, and the screen is really dirty. After a clean though, it literally looked good as new! To my surprise, it came with an 8GB as card, which is way more than I thought it would come with! It also came with a charger, and really snug professional packaging! However, it was under parental controls when I got it. Luckily, it is easy to disable parental controls by using some tools online, but it should’ve been reflected in the price and listing. Overall, I am really happy with the product, and have given it 5 stars! I will have a ton of fun playing my favorite Zelda! 😋Read full review

Failed to me mention that the left back bumper of the DS doesn’t work/no stylist.DSI was not data wiped so has started/finished games along with what I assume to be their child’s sister and fathers photos filling the hard drive. Besides the quality of the product the price was reasonable along with the shipping.

The Nintendo DSi is the update to the Nintendo DS Lite. There is also the Nintendo DSi XL which is a larger version of this. This version fits very well in your pocket and is good for quickplay games where you can pick up, stop, and keep on going. The newer version of Nintendo's console, the 3DS includes backwards compatibility so you will be able to play your existing DS library on the newer system. This system is great if you have no plans to play 3D games in the future or if you are looking to save money. The screens are basically the same as the DS Lite. The form factor is better though, the surface is a matte material instead of glossy like the DS Lite. Some of the button placements have been changed but it really doesn't have any impact on the gameplay. Overall the build quality is great and it feels like it has heft i.e. not cheap. The battery life is fairly good on it as well, better than the future generation. Overall this is a good little system and it's a great update if you have a DS Lite. There are cameras that face outwards and inwards but they are not that spectacular. The browers is also just halfway decent, it gets the job done but there are much better ways to get online.Read full review

This will be the 3rd DS that I have owned as I have owned the original and the lite that came after. This is truly a great system for not on only the features but the capability and uses it has in practical everyday life. The camera makes this a handy on the go camera and now with the new NDSi XL it comes with its own web browser. Can u say PSP to the cleaners? The battery life on its own is nothing to joke about with the sleep and save feature the DS is able to stay on days at a time with no power down. Again awesome!!! And let not forget to mentionm the huge library of GOOD games. From remade GBA classics to Game that challenges the super intellegent with Brain Age and the like, this is sure to be a awsome system for many, many, many, years to come. Grats Nintendo!!!!
I had purchased a Nintendo DSi as part of a Trade-in at Gamestop when they first came out, and I loved it. The features on the DSi were amazing when it first came out. A browser, SD expansion, and the cameras were my biggest reason for getting it. Unfortunately with the added features it lost its GBA compatibility. The matte semi-rubberized finish on the outside of the system also makes minor scratches disappear and can stave off those pesky fingerprints. Overall it is a great system, and the prices for them are decreasing constantly, but they will hold their value for a long time.
PROS: The Nintendo DS employs innovative dual-screen and microphone-enabled gameplay without load times on a higher-resolution display than Game Boy Advance SP while remaining backward compatible with older GBA games. Adds two 0.3-megapixel cameras. The inclusion of Wi-Fi multiplayer capabilities and a touch screen allows for a growing list of original and fun games that you can't play on any other system. A bit thinner than the DS Lite. Exclusive access to the DSi Shop for downloadable games and applications. CONS: Third-party support for the system hasn't matched the Nintendo's games, and multimedia potential remains exclusive to Japan. The system is quite bulky. The much more stylish and comfortable DS Lite is available for the same price. No longer supports Game Boy Advance games; lower battery life than its predecessor; Internet security settings are buried and confusing. Conclusion: While it lacks the multimedia and graphical detail of the Sony PSP, the feature-packed Nintendo DSi is a worthy successor to the Game Boy Advance, but the new and improved DS Lite is available for the same price. DSi is an ambitious and solidly designed portable gaming system. Please tell me how helpfulness is this article. ThanksRead full review
This is A durable portable game system. The games are exspensive but they dont get damaged like the cd/dvd system games. The one we purchased has A camera and the picture quility is decent. The games we have are fun and enertaining. Our 5 year old son loves it. We had battery problems with our other one but new batteries are available on ebay very cheap. Replacement stylus pencils are cheap and readily available. They do not tear up but our 5yo tends to loose them from time to time. Over all these systems are quality built, fun to play, worth the money and cheap and easy to get replacment parts.
Everything works as expected, both screens have no marks/dead pixels, all the buttons do work. There are only some scratches on the plastic, but that is fine considering it is used. The games I had work fine on the device and so far I haven't seen any problems with any electronic components either. So I am happy with the purchase.

Good machine. My nephew loves it. Even though I knew it was larger it is LARGER than I thought. That's a good thing because it is almost more like a PDA or something as far as size. Nice and substantial. It is also heavier than I anticipated. This is the only thing I'm a little concerned with as I like to play laying in bed at night and sometimes I'll play for a couple of hours. I would not want my hand getting extra tired holding the unit up. Additionally it is not as easy to hold this one handed and put the stylus in the other. It might be a fine line but it doesn't quite feel as comfortable as the DSi in that regard. It feels similar to how the PSP would feel if you held it one handed. Slightly off balance. Edited to Add: Played for 2 hours last night. Although it took a while I did find a comfortable position to hold the XL. It is not as comfortable for extended periods as the regular DSi but it did not get too heavy and my arms did not get sore. I'm quite relieved!Read full review
