the product i bought was a TACX NEO 2 not the 2T, it was used when i bought it and although i had initially some problems with it, Garmin that now owns TACX provided a great no fuss exchange unit free of charge, now it is up and running it works very well, it is much quieter than my old trainer while also providing accurate feedback. simple to set up, no calibration required. it is a little heavy and bulky and when folded has no easy means to carry it. it supports the bike well and allows a natural side to side motion when pedalling which provides a more reaslistic experience, it can also provide feedback for diffrent road surfaces but i found this a little annoying and switched it off through the TACX app.

Tac neo 2800 does not register Garmin HR monitor. I have three straps and they all register on other apps. However do not register on the tacx software. Looking at internet blogs other users have the same problem. Garmin/Tacx are working on it. Apparently recent apple update problem. Still not sorted so impacts info on Strava. Hoe it gets sorted.

Really love this turbo, closest feeling to riding outside and paired with apps like Zwift it can be just as much fun. Totally changed my indoor riding. Obviously expensive as top of the range product, so won’t be for everyone but if you’re looking for quality then you can’t go wrong with the tacx neo 2T.
