Item was broken when I received it. Broken pc. Was not in box so I assume it was not checked completely before shipped. I was told I would receive refund. After the reported 11 days I still hadn’t received refund. I contacted seller and they said it was eBay’s or the banks problem and wished me good luck. I then contacted eBay. They said I should hear back from seller but I never did. eBay sent a msg that said I should get a refund in 3-5 days. I just got it. It took 3 days. I’m thankful.
