I eventually gave up on genius bar and choose to replace the battery myself. The process of fairly smooth, from order to delivery took 2 business days. During the process I did have a slight hiccup, and the seller is very prompt to answer and action on the problem that I encountered. I will definitely consider this seller for my next battery replacement.

This listing only includes two out of the three mandatory screwdrivers to perform the battery replacement on my model MacBook (which is listed as compatible in this listing) so I had to spend extra money elsewhere to get the job done.
