Quality, works great. 2 bearings tested out responsive is just that but not too resp. and non responsive is just that and smooth.. strings are long enough for people 6ft tall+. Good, quick communication. Instructions on how to put on string and a couple tricks, but no bearing remove/install or mention of bearings at all. “Make an offer” was completely ineffective. Not sure why that is an option. Overall Grade: A- good safe transaction/seller.
