I won and paid for item on Dec 26 2023 as of Jan 1 2023. I contacted them on Jan 1 and was told item had not been taken to the post office yet. I was told there post office was closed for the holidays. Which that was wrong the only day they were closed after I won it was for New Years. I was told it would be taken sometime on Jan1. I then just asked for a refund since the person was to lazy to take it to the post office in the 5 days that they had my money.
