Was very disappointed on several issues with this item. The listing clearly states there are 7 (seven) glasses when only 6 were packed. Second, the packing for clearly fragile wine glasses was woefully inadequate. Of the 6 shipped only 4 arrived intact. On no planet would anyone expect these to arrive intact. The seller responded within a reasonable time to my request for a partial refund which is why this is neutral feedback rather than negative.

The underlying idea has some merit, but the presentation is boorish.
