First, the phone couldn’t completely sync from my previous iPhone X. It also displayed a message saying the true depth camera was damaged and face recognition was disabled. In addition, Bluetooth was not working as it couldn’t find my iWatch - even after I unpaired it with the old phone. I contacted the seller and he advised to erase the entire phone and start over. After no success, he contacted me outside of eBay saying I was doing something wrong. The phone is just broken.
