The item was as advertised and delivered to Nextra Hyperdome HUBBED and signed for on the due date. Nextra did not inform me that the item had arrived and they did not send me a collection code. I visited Nextra to inquire about the package 3 times and was told it was not there. On the 3rd time I looked through the packages lined up on the floor around the shelves where items for sale are displayed and found it myself. These packages could be damaged by shoppers walking through the shop.
