Matches description! Clean, arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and seller was helpful with questions. She was packaged in a plastic mailer that ripped (luckily she only got the tiniest bit dirty and should wash up just fine), in the future you might want to add an additional layer of packaging to be safe. She also has a slight fragrance. I’m sensitive to scents, but didn’t ask about that so it’s not considered in my rating, just sharing for others.

I received the Lladro today. It arrived in broken pieces! I have contacted the seller and waiting for a reply. The item was extremely poorly packaged for shipping. The seller should know better than to ship a large or any Lladro without extra packaging materials and not just loose packaging paper and thin foam sheet loosely wrapped and no packing popcorn or like materials! Super upset over this I have never seen such a poorly packaged item and I have ordered multiple Lladros from Ebay sellers!
