I am very pleased with the product and the delivery time. Everything was as promised. The trial frame is plastic. I do recommend purchasing a higher quality trial frame, but the seller did disclose the frame provided is plastic. I knew that when I bought it. I bought for the quality of the lens and the specific lens provided in the kit.

I received the item , on time and packaged really well. The Seller was extremely and polite and helpful. Note this particular bed rail cant be used with an Adjustable bed . It's really great for adults with Dementia or Alzheimer's. Also adults who are Fall risks. If u have a Nanny camera it gives time to catch and help right away .
