I confirm to you that the portrait you purchased is indeed that of Kangxi. The engraved portraits of Nicolas de Larmessin engraved between 1670 and 1686 only represent kings and emperors contemporary with the French king Louis XIV. There has been no portrait of a past historical figure not contemporary with Louis XIV. So it cannot be Kublai Khan who lived in the 13th century. I am certain of my information. You can believe that before putting a portrait on sale I check my informations.
