It took me forever to find what I wanted for an urn for my boy. I was a little worried after reading some of the feedback but it came out perfect and I’m super happy with it. It was delayed a little bit with shipping but I don’t blame the seller because he can’t do anything about UPS. Communication was great and shipping was fast. UPS just got delayed

This top was barely an inch thick and poorly finished. Smaller in diameter than quoted. And was shipped from India not (New Jersey ) as stated so took much longer anticipated. And did a very poor job of updated delivery dates, I had to contact numerous times.

The seller posts that the urn was shipping from New Jersey. I placed the order, said it shipped on 3/20. When I didn’t receive it, EBay opened a case and then it magically showed up on 4/9! They said I could return it for a refund but I had to ship it back to INDIA!! That’s misrepresentation. I only purchased it because I could send it back within the US. Thankfully, EBay stepped in and helped me.
