Seller sold this item best price seen on eBay. However, I reached out to the Seller to find out where the item was because it kept showing label created. Seller never responded and it took a week to arrive. Item was packaged well but all that came was a memory foam wrapped separately with the mattress pad sealed in plastic. It is not a true twin size nor a 3 inch thick foam-more like 2 inches. Also, it did not feel any cooler than my previous Viscosoft 3 inch topper. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
