Would not deliver to PO Box but sent Refund straight away, it’s a shame but this sometime does happen on eBay, Everyone knows that PO Boxes are much Safer than Residential Addresses.
This Seller was helpful and Politely Refunded full price, Their Prices were reasonable and I wish I could have Purchased more items from them, but not sending items to a PO Box is an issue and I am unable to receive deliveries to my Residential Address.
