Buyer BEWARE! Unit arrived non-functional 1/23. After a week of back/forrh, seller requested I open up unit. Broken lamp - see pix. Seller said they would send a replacement lamp. Then came back later and offered it would take 2-3 weeks. Factory on holiday. By 3/3 with no communication, after request, seller said shipment was arranged. Then said it would take another week. I asked for a refund. ZERO response after that on 3/4. This seller will not support their products. DO NOT BUY.

Sorry for any delay caused by our Chinese Lunar New Year holiday. Well, when you contact us, factory began to have the new year holiday and they just come back. So we replied you that they are producing the lamp now and will ship it to you later. Why do you just leave this harm to us?
