I was told item was lost and replacement was being sent. Item then arrived broken (poor package/rough courier). Tracking number for replacement not sent. Seller blaming their supplier and their courier and refuse to replace or refund. eBay informed. I also ordered another from their jokerparlour011 listing because it uses Australia Post. Payment for that order was taken but not dispatched, replacement via Fastway tracking number substituted but not sent. Paid twice, only received broken one.
